this is a EDM Coolant, used in EDM wire cut machine, it is also known as jr3a super concentrated ointment, is is in semi solid form,widely used in EDM wire cut machine.
Usage:
The product is perfect for finish machining and multiple cut in WEDM-HS.Just simply put the ointment into the water tank(ratio1:40-50)and stir till dissolving completely
Range:
Designed for all types of wire EDM machines (EDM wire medium speed). It can also be used as a coolant grinders, lathes, milling machines and other types of ferrous metal processing technology.
Product Features:
The product is based on the EDM wire cutting solid soap. It inherits the solid soap, such as high oil advandage: water ratio, convenient transportation, oil dissolved as soon as possible.
